Biography: And, you can also do things that aren't really public speaking, but just things that give you performance anxiety. If I'm being honest, the thing that has helped me become a better public speaker the most is running my podcast and my YouTube channel. Because, each and every week I have to create something where I'm speaking to an audience. Yes, my actual public speaking experiences have contributed to my skills. but I've done way more videos, and way more podcasts, and those have helped me as well.
