01/12/2014 I am 22 years old and I am a volunteer for the Spanish Red Cross. It is hard to define my voluntary work in a few words, so I will mention some of the most important things: learning, self-improvement, feeling of belonging, personal growth, team work, self-fulfillment, friendship, hugs and smiles, a lot of hugs and a lot of smiles.

01/08/2014 She is a 28 years old Syrian volunteer who has let aside her profession to work for the Movement. Graduated from the Higher Institute of Music. Salam has volunteered in SARC since 2005, and manages her time leading the Human Resources Department in Damascus, training IHL, coordinating the programme between the International Medical Corps and SARC and, since the Global Youth Conference in 2013, she is also a member of the IFRC Youth Commission.
