Intensified comprehensive itineraries
It is a project that seeks to improve the possibilities of labor insertion of people who are at risk of social exclusion, in which many factors affect different areas of their lives. The process of social inclusion is configured as an integral intervention, and intensified through employment actions, complemented by other social intervention actions.
They combine measures of activation, motivation, information, orientation, training in transversal competences, professional training, access to technologies, training practices in real environments, accompaniment and job intermediation, as well as mentoring and ongoing monitoring.
The project is aimed at people with multiple social difficulties that require an intensity in the intervention. People who need a personal and permanent tutoring in their job search process.
The individual action plans are made according to the needs and characteristics of the target people and based on the socio-economic environment in which it is developed.
The methodology of work is done through itineraries and its development is characterized by the following aspects:
- Personalization.
- Medium- and long-term processes.
- Multidirectionality
- Active participation of people and commitment.
- Coordination with different actors to guarantee access to other social, educational resources
