Youth Guarantee
The project focuses on the activation of unoccupied and non-integrated young people in education or training systems for their incorporation into the labor market or training.
It is structured in three interrelated lines of work.
- Motivation and activation of young people to be linked to the labor market
- Professional orientationto make decisions for your future professional
- Advice and support in the effective search through alliances with companies that allow their transition to the labor market or reincorporation
This project is complemented by the project Training for employment with youth guarantee youth that guarantees actions that improve employability through the development and learning of personal skills, transversal and technical-professional.
The project is aimed at participants who want to enter the job market and need to qualify . In close complementarity with the Operation Press Job. Youth Activation and Orientation establishes formative itineraries with a modular structure that allows progressively acquiring the competencies necessary for work performance:
- Workshops on transversal and basic competences, in the labor market
- Courses of initiation to the development of a profession. Basic notions are provided that lay the foundation for further professional development
- Professional training courses with contents for the correct performance of a profession or trade
