Alliances with companies
The project arises from the need to propose the labor insertion from a comprehensive approach that includes companies and society as protagonists.
This project proposes a public-social-private intervention model that benefits all those involved:
- People at risk / exclusion: improving their employability
- Companies: gives them the opportunity to incorporate their CSR
- Social entities: the impact of their work with people
- Public institutions: greater effectiveness and efficiency of the intervention.
The project is concrete in the generation of alliances with companies (Business challenge) and other actors of the labor market and citizenship (Social Challenge).
THE BUSINESS CHALLENGE FOR THE INSERTION CONTEMPLATES:
- Partnerships to improve employability. Reinforcement of the value chain of companies with alliances for the hiring of people in exclusion.
- Alliances for contracting through bid management.
- Partnerships for partnership.
- Alliances for awareness raising and awareness raising
THE SOCIAL CHALLENGE FOR INSERTION CONTEMPLATES
- Alliances to promote labor insertion among citizens and other labor market players.
- Partnerships for the training of professionals in different fields
Social business challenge alliances
The Red Cross promotes part of these initiatives in collaboration with the European Social Fund and the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, through its participation in the Operational Programs of Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES) and Youth Employment (POEJ) for the period 2016-2019.
