Difficult Insertion. Integral itineraries
Its objective is to promote equal opportunities in the labor market of people in social difficulty, increasing their autonomy, qualification and work opportunities so as to increase their chances of gaining employment. We work with unemployed people whose main barriers are focused on the labor market (long-term unemployment, lack of qualification, low incomes).
In order to achieve this objective, integrated and personalized social and labor integration paths are developed with a gender, competency and diversity perspective, combining measures of activation, motivation, training, orientation, transversal and professional training, access to new technologies, non-work practices in real environments, aids, accompaniment and labor intermediation, as well as mentoring and permanent monitoring.
