The Telephone Service Attention and Protection (ATENPRO) offers victims of gender violence immediate attention, before the eventualities that can happen to them, the 24 hours of the day, the 365 days of the year y wherever they may be.
¿How it Works AtenPro?
In a situation of health or social emergency, the person can ask for help at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day and anywhere, and a team of professionals access your health and personal data by managing the necessary resources (relatives or people as well as medical services, ambulances, firemen, police ...).
The phone has a mobile tele-assistance application that meets the Universal Accessibility criteria.
Characteristics: Notifications: acoustic, luminous, graphic and vibration (customizable). Activation of the alarm by means of a physical button (side button of easy access). Buttons suitable for size, contrast and color combination. Adapted, simplified and customizable menu design. Deaf people communication module.
How is the alarm activated?
In case of need the user will press the central button that appears in the mobile phone's screen, generating a free call to the Red Cross, which will see the exact location of the user and his personal data sheet by GPS, and immediately proceeds to the user's attention by displaying the means necessary to their need.
